1. Membership Fees
All membership payments are final and non-refundable once processed.
2. Model Bookings

2.1 Immediate Cancellation (Grace Period) | 100 % refund | Client cancels within 5 minutes of our written booking confirmation and the engagement has not yet commenced. |
2.2 Standard Cancellation | 90 % refund | Client cancels more than 2 hours before the scheduled start time (or before the model’s dispatch, whichever occurs first). |
2.3 Short-Notice Cancellation | No refund | Client cancels within 2 hours of the scheduled start time or after the model has been dispatched. |
2.4 Client No-Show / Late Arrival | No refund | If the client is absent or uncontactable 30 minutes after the agreed start time, the booking is deemed a no-show. |
2.5 Agency-Initiated Cancellation | 100 % refund or complimentary re-booking | If Club Ill Repute must cancel due to model illness, force majeure, or other operational reasons, clients may choose a full refund or a re-scheduled engagement at no extra cost. |
2.6 Material Change of Booking Details | At agency discretion | If the client alters key details (location, duration, companion preferences, etc.) after confirmation and the model cannot accommodate the change, the booking may be cancelled under 2.3 or re-quoted. |
3. How to Cancel
All cancellations must be submitted via the same channel used to confirm the booking (SMS, secure chat, or email) and are timestamped upon receipt by our system.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 0–3 business days.
4. Exceptions & Force Majeure
Situations beyond either party’s control—such as extreme weather, government restrictions, or sudden security alerts—will be evaluated case-by-case. We aim to offer either a full refund or a mutually agreeable alternative date.
